Ordering your prescription by email at - firstname.lastname@example.org The practice recognises that many patients that do not have an online access account are concerned about ordering their prescription. We have therefore set up an dedicated email account to receive prescription requests. Requests can be accepted directly from the patient or on behalf of the patient from a relative, friend or carer if appropriate. All requests should include full patient details; Name, Address, Date of birth and all items required (please note we will be unable to respond to requests which detail 'everything'. Items must be named. We will process requests via email within the same 48 hour time frame as long as staffing numbers at the practice allow. We are unable to process requests early and ask that patients do not request for the purposes of stock piling. Please include the name of the pharmacy you would like your prescription sending to and we will arrange for it to be forwarded directly to them.
