Phone line update – April 2024

We have now had our new phone system fitted at Alderwood Medical Practice and everything is working effectively and efficiently. The company that we have used are approved by the NHS and the ICB, and they are currently providing a service for 76 other practices all over the UK and growing. We are very happy with the new system so far.
